Job responsibilities:

Manage consumer/customer service-related matters to product complaint and inquiry Handling 3rd party documentation request such as customer, exporting countries and regulatory bodies. Involvement in food safety quality culture and GMP program KPI reporting Conduct contractor induction training as trainer, support in document control process & perform activities relevant for this role.

Job requirements:

Able to read, write, speak & understand English & Bahasa Malaysia. Diploma holder in

Food Science, Food Technology or related fields

Understand ISO documentation requirements, FSSC 22000, including HACCP and GMP requirements. Good computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point and email Technical & functional skills on quality assurance Has minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field
