:
- Perform routine sampling inspection on products according to sampling plans and inspection criteria as stated in Inspection Plan and Quality plan.
- Conduct Product Process Audit daily.
- Ensure all information is written correctly into the quality reports and records.
- Ensure corrective actions are recommended before start inspection on re-submission lot.
- Ensure the lot disposition status is correctly identified.
Job Requirement :
- Preferably SPM with 2 years of experience in the similar environment
- Have own transport
- Willing to work overtime
- Prefer: female
Key Performance Indicator ( KPI ) :
- Zero occurrences of inspection escapees
- Attendance
Authorities/Decisions :
- To accept outgoing lot quality that is according to the requirement stated in the inspection plan/Quality Plan.
