Responsibilities Strong hands-on manual functional testing experience Previous project and application software QA capability Ability to adapt and take initiatives Ability to write test plans, test cases and oversee the QA activity for a testing team Reporting experience on the progress of testing throughout the planning and test run stage Testing certification (ideal) Experience working with teams in other geographical locations Strong and demonstrable knowledge of using defect tracking platforms e.g. JIRA Understanding of automation testing and how it benefits a project Ability to work autonomously without guidance where required, and comfortable communicating with overseas clients daily Documents and evaluates test results Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts Requirements Minimum 2 years of manual testing experience Preferably experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired High attention to detail and solid analytical skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Self driven & aggressive (taking own initiative) Why join Qashier Be at the forefront of a fast-growing startup in an exciting sector.
