We are currently looking for experienced Quality Compliance Lead to be accountable for ensuring an adequate and sustainable Quality Management System is in place and provide advice and support to help sustain QMS within the SEAT E2E Quality structure. This role is also responsible to monitor performance through appropriate key indicators and management review and drive continuous improvement to consistently meet quality objectives and regulatory requirements within a country or collection of countries within SEAT. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Quality Strategy & Governance

• Custodian of the SEAT BU quality governance system and process, to execute and deliver SEAT objectives supporting Quality ambition
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to define priorities and implement process and systems within the SEAT E2E structure in a compliant and effective manner
• Facilitate and coordinate the development and deployment of any quality initiative to ensure fulfilment of the SEAT Quality ambition.

Quality Capability:

• Coaching - Provide advice and coach SEAT Quality personnel to ensure alignment in the interpretation and understanding of the Quality system deployment, through gemba and driving continuous improvements
• Quality Culture \xe2\x80\x93 Influence and embed Quality culture

Quality Performance Management

• Custodian of the SEAT BU Quality performance management system and process; drive in place, effective in use and simplification system and process such as escalation process, performance review meeting.
• Collate quality metrics/ scorecard for BU and then present the information and data in a manner that is user-friendly and facilitate informed data driven discussions and decision making at the relevant quality performance forums to drive continuous improvement

Quality Management Systems

• Maintain oversight of QMS implementation in SEAT BU and ensuring compliance with GSK standards and policies, GMP, GDP and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for executing and maintaining a robust, sustainable and effective QMS (Quality Management System) in LOC and CMO.

Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• First Degree in scientific or engineering discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare / Medical Device industries in Quality Assurance role

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Broad and thorough technical and regulatory knowledge of current pharmaceutical analytical and manufacturing techniques/ processes, including related regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong presentation skills
• Problem identification and solving skills
• Ability to enable and drive change
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasked and make independent decisions.
• Self-starter, able to schedule and progress workload on own
• Experience of working with multi-functional teams
• Operational experience, knowledge and application of cGMP in pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing.
