Job Responsibilities ;

Monitor workers personal hygiene. Monitor productions areas, ensuring they meet health and safety compliance, and check that all manufactured products or materials meet the necessary productions standards. Liaise with external pest controller. Interpret and implement quality assurance standard and procedures. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers. Responsible for document management systems. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards. Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards. Monitor productions operations to ensure conformance to company specifications. Direct assembly adjustment to ensure operations reflect quality standards. Ensure product meet customer expectations based on company objectives. Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions. Write reports to documents deficiencies and errors of products. Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement ;

At least 1 Year of working experience as Quality Controller is required for this position. Bachelor Degree/Advance Diploma/Diploma in a Food Science Nutrition / Halal Management / or in any related field. Required Skill(s): Quality inspections, Minimal supervision, Good communications and Reporting Skills. Experience in auditing such as FSSC and product test. Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
