Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years' experience in QC/QA, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing. Fresh graduates with strong interest in QC are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, HALAL, and food safety regulations is an advantage.

Hands-on skills in quality inspection, sample testing (incoming, in-process, and finished goods), and basic sensory evaluation.

Strong record-keeping and documentation discipline; able to prepare accurate QC reports and maintain compliance files.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with production and cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle non-conformance investigations with guidance.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment; willing to work shift/extended hours if required.

Non-smoker, not allergic to food ingredients, and able to handle caffeine-based products.

Job scope

Carry out daily quality checks and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Record and verify test results promptly and accurately in QC reports and systems.

Conduct sensory evaluation and basic laboratory tests to ensure products meet specifications.

Maintain and organize documentation including QC records, CoAs, calibration, and compliance files in line with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.

Monitor adherence to SOPs across production and highlight any deviations for corrective action.

Liaise with Production and QA to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

Provide basic training/guidance to production staff on hygiene, testing procedures, and SOP compliance.

Assist in audits, certification renewals, and regulatory inspections.

Support preventive maintenance of QC equipment and report safety or quality-related incidents.

Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
