Job Description
- Quality Control Assistant
Section : Production
Checking printing sample according to checkpoint
Communication with production team to ensure all product quality and safety in place during operation.
In charge the rejection from customer.
Monitor loading process.
Check printing paper & ensure in good condition.
Ensure the block is clean.
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures
Assist operation team to ensure people and working place in good and clean condition.
Prepare and maintain QC reports and records with accuracy

Prepare carton sample
Find block after received artwork hardcopy from production
Prepare and check block
Arrange block to printing machine
Section : Test Paper
Perform GSM, burst strength, and ECT tests on each batch of base paper and finished corrugated board.
Conduct box compression tests (BCT) for each type of finished carton.
Record and archive test results; report any non-conforming products.
Requirement:-
Minimum SPM / STPM.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in QC Production (Paper Industries)
Able to work under shift rotation.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Quick leaner and forward thinker.
Advantage to candidate can speak mandarin
Willing to work on night shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
