Job Description
The Quality Control Assistant is responsible for conducting in-line inspections on assigned processing lines, performing laboratory testing and chemical analysis, and verifying that finished products meet established quality and safety specifications. This role ensures that all products comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements before release.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-line quality inspections at each assigned processing line according to standard work instructions and quality plans. Perform laboratory testing and chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to support product release. Verify that products conform to quality specifications, including physical, chemical, and sensory parameters. Record and report inspection and testing results accurately and promptly. Communicate any non-conformities or deviations to the QC Executive or relevant departments for corrective action. Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of lab equipment and tools. Assist in sample preparation for internal testing or external laboratory submission. Support documentation and record-keeping in compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, Halal). Participate in internal audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
