Minimum SPM or Higher

Job Experience

Minimum 1 Year working experience in Quality Control.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office , Supervisory, Coaching, Basic Computer Knowledge

Language Proficiency

English & Bahasa Melayu

Roles & Responsibilities

Support management to achieve company targets and goals assuring all quality activities and operation run smoothly.

To ensure all the recording is legible and as per quality record procedure requirement.

To ensure all product release from operation followed standard requirements.

Compile all the quality documents to ensure all the documents fulfil audit requirement. Perform inspection on incoming materials and In-Process and Finish product according to the established procedures to ensure they are in accordance to the customer requirements. To record, file and update quality records regularly and on-time. Highlight quality problems detected and propose of the improvement action to superior and QA Manager. Manage the non-compliance (damaged and defected packaging materials and products). Ensure that all non-conforming products are properly identified and segregated and not mixed with good products. Reporting any rejection / non-conforming in in-process / Finish Product to superior/ QA Manager and propose any suitable action plan. Ensure good housekeeping of work area. Assist in production / process Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
