Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct sensory, physical, and chemical tests according to QC procedures.
Record and analyze test results accurately and report any deviations.
Monitor production lines to ensure hygiene, temperature, and quality control parameters are followed.
Verify that workers comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain QC inspection records, test reports, and product release documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly QC reports for management review.
Assist in preparing data for audits or certification purposes (e.g., HACCP, ISO, HALAL).
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and local regulations).
Participate in internal audits and external inspection visits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality assurance.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure test reagents and consumables are adequately stocked and properly handled.
Qualifications:
SPM or STPM.
1 years experience in quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work in a production environment and on shifts if required.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
