Job Description
Ensure all Quality Control (QC) systems, standards, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained. Review, verify, and approve inspection documents and data sheet reports to ensure product quality meets required chemical composition standards. Coordinate with external calibration bodies, including arranging and performing calibration activities, preparing calibration reports, and updating calibration schedules. Ensure compliance with ISO requirements related to the QMS system and participate in monthly ISO and departmental meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P). Plan and manage QC staff work schedules, and provide training for both new and existing team members. Prepare routine QC reports such as SPC charts, monthly Cp graphs, finished goods summary reports, GR&R studies, and other related documentation. Support internal and external audits for QMS and EMS, including customer audits and audit checklist preparation. Perform any other duties assigned by superior(s).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
