Job Description

Requirement :1) Preferably Diploma / Degree Holder in Quality / Food Technology / Food Science or any relevant courses.2) Min 1-3 Years working experience in food industry / GMP manufacturing plant in QA/QC Department.3) Good communication skills and leadership.4) Qualified with ISO9001, GMP will be an advantage.5) Fast learners, self motivated and aggressive personality.6) Possesses positive and aggressive work attitude and aptitude.7) Willing to work Monday to Friday : 9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm (Saturday).8) Willing to work in Selayang Responsibility and Authorities :a) Responsible to ready all training material and train Quality Control Assistants to perform quality inspection jobs and to solve quality problems.(b) Responsible to improve company quality system and delegating quality control job to QC Assistant(c) Responsible to check the production planning, complete and compile BMR with other supporting all related reports in full production process.(d) Responsible to finalize and make confirmation release of finished product for delivery.(f) Responsible in request and ready all related raw materials and packaging materials safety documents such as product specification, certificate of analysis (COA), materials safety data sheet (MSDS), food safety declaration, stability report, allergen declaration, toxicology report and scientific supporting data.(g) Update all the temperature and humidity control for every production room.(h) Responsible to ready the water and finished products sample from production department and liaise with quality compliance executive in arrange the laboratory test.(i) Responsible in working environment cleaning monitoring and make it record.(j) Responsible in building and production room maintenance and report to ManagingDirector if there is a necessary for renovate the area.(k) Responsible in monitoring the SOP in practice by the production workers.(l) Responsible in evaluate the pest control program and service.(m) Responsible to complete and compile BMR with other supporting reports. Responsible to finalize and make confirmation release of finished product for delivery.(n) Responsible to ready all corrective and preventive action requisition note.
