Job Description

Quality engineers define quality standards for the creation of products or services. They check to make sure the products and services are in compliance with the quality standards and they coordinate quality improvements. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. - Specializing in Furniture Manufacturing/Production Operations, Quality Assurance, Testing Procedures or equivalent. - Strong problem-solving skills in audit and quality issues. - Able to work under pressure and strong in supervision - Good team work and strong communication skills Responsibilities: - To handle quality inspection on all products and orders. To liaise with supplier on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc in addressing corrective/preventive action for continuous improvement and satisfy customer. - To provide accurate, reliable and prompt quality data to other department team member by conducting tests/inspections on product. -To work closely with other department team member on the product quality performance and ensure that all the customer product quality requirements are fulfilled. - To ensure all product development and deliver at the highest standard and comply with all customer requirement. - Monitor, control and keep all records of quality control processes, standard operating procedure and report. - Implement other tasks as required by top management.
1.SETUP&OPERATE PRODUCTION MACHINE ACCORDING TO SPECIFIC STANDARDS&PROCEDURE. 2.CONTROL THE WHOLE PROCESS OF PRODUCTION 3.ENSURE PRODUCT TYPE,QUANTITY,COLOUR&QUALITY PRODUCTS. 4.FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND PRACTISE SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORKPLACE. REQUIREMENT: 1.EXPERIENCE OR NON EXPERIENCES 2.CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE 3.WILLING OVERTIME
