Job Description
Quality Control (In-Process & Final)
Perform IPQC checks including visual inspection, electrical testing, continuity checks, torque checks, etc.
Document defects and coordinate with QA/engineering for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, and company quality standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Conduct functional tests on finished electrical assemblies.
Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical issues using tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
Support root-cause analysis for repeat defects.
Process & Safety Compliance
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Maintain 5S, ESD protection, and safe working practices on the shop floor.
Suggest process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Documentation
Complete production reports, test records, inspection checklists, and defect logs.
Update ERP systems for production tracking.
