Key responsibilities

Inspection:

They examine and test raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they conform to company and industry standards.

Testing:

They perform various tests to check product functionality, safety, and adherence to specifications.

Monitoring:

They oversee production activities and ensure that manufacturing processes are operating correctly and are sound.

Data and reporting:

They document and report any flaws or issues found, often creating reports with corrective feedback for management or other teams.

Process improvement:

They may suggest or implement adjustments to processes to minimize defects and improve product quality.

Standards and compliance:

They work to ensure that products are not only safe but also meet the manufacturer's specifications and customer expectations before being shipped.

Training:

In some roles, they may be responsible for training other team members on quality assurance procedures.

Pay: RM2,256.59 - RM4,232.21 per month
