JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform quality check on raw materials, in-progress materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), food safety regulations, hygiene and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas.
- Conduct shelf life test and sensory evaluation (taste, smell, appearance).
- Prepare samples for external laboratory testing.
- Standby equipment that requires calibration.
- Support implementation of QA procedures and solve issues during production.
- Coordinate with production, procurement R&D and management teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related field is preferred.
- Able to work in cold environment (food processing)
- Basic knowledge of food safety (HACCP, GMP).
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
