Job Description

Responsibility

Supervise QC Staff:

Lead, train, and manage the activities of quality control inspectors and technicians.

Monitor Quality Standards:

Ensure that products meet internal and external quality standards

Inspect Processes & Output:

Oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Document Findings:

Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and inspections.

Non-Conformance Handling:

Identify defects or deviations, investigate causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit quality & testing reports, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other department to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in related fields. At least 2 years' experience in the related field. Knowledge of ISO and other quality standard as well as safety regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Proficiency with computer skills. Able to work shifts.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
