Check product freshness, consistency and quality.
Quality Check for Process Flow -Stock Ordering, Receiving, Storage, Preparation, Cooking, Presentation and Serving as per SOP.
2. Hygiene, Sanitation & Safety
Conduct routine hygiene & safety inspections for premise include dining area, kitchen, bar section, storage and food handlers.
Ensure the outlet adheres to health and safety standards, including proper food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene for overall premise include product, preparation area and waste disposal area.
Verify and guide cleaning, housekeeping and sanitation schedule and procedures are in order.
Verify and guide Pest Control & Maintenance Schedule are maintained as schedule and record are kept.
3. Documentation & Record
Assist in maintaining all documentation & records for food safety system, HALAL and all checklist and record required.
Report deviations and suggest corrective actions.
4. Compliance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations (KKM/ HALAL / HACCP)
Ensure that all necessary licenses and certifications are up to date.
5. Training & SOP Implementation
Support in training kitchen, bar and service staff on food safety, hygiene, GCP/GMP practices and company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Assist in internal audits and implementation of corrective actions.
Review and feedback for SOPs based on quality observations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Good communication, interpersonal abilities and observation skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to handle multiples priorities and mange team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, Food Technology or related field is often preferred.
Freshers are usually welcome, especially those with relevant internships or training.
Some roles may require knowledge o HALAL, HACCP/ISO Standard or experience in quality control or assurance in food service or hospitality industry.
