Summary Quality Engineer Assistant is expected to support the Quality Control Team in investigations and audit and also driving quality initiatives. This role requires an individual to work closely with Quality Engineers to address deficiencies and weaknesses of system and procedures and the adopted practices that are contradictory to the company and regulatory requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Participate in conducting investigations as assigned Assist or conduct Competency Assessment for qualified candidate to be established as approved mechanic Coordinate and maintain quality control documentation and/or records Perform quality data analysis and monitor trends using internal tools Conduct general surveillance and audit of shop floors processes by area Work with Quality Engineer to finalize investigation reports and manage customer communication on shop floor quality issues Qualifications / Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Operations Management or other related technical fields with 2 years of relevant experience Good written and verbal communications skills in English and local language Strong organizational skills and well versed with physical/digital documents filing Skillful in MS application suites Desired Characteristics: Able to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of Aviation Regulations and quality practices in MRO is a plus Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker
