Customer Success is at the heart of Keysight, hence, we are looking for candidates with passion for customers. As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to customer success through pro-active engagement with Keysight's field organization to understand issues and working with cross functional and cross region teams to resolve customer issues.

1) Lead customer issue resolution and escalations through the Keysight customer feedback process system (CIR).

2) Ensure all customer requirements and CIR key deliverables are met - Initial Response, Containment, replacements, defective part returns, root cause analysis and closure.

3) Work with Order Fulfilment to ensure customer root cause analysis shared meets customer expectations and provides assurance of product quality and issue resolution.

4) Establish a strong relationship with the external Keysight field team and Order Fulfilment team for successful customer issue resolution.

5) Pro-actively understand and resolve customer concerns through pro-active meet-up with field organization.

6) Lead improvement projects using Quality tools, LEAN methodology, etc.

7) Participate, lead and manage customer visit/audit/events and process to ensure it meets the objective and is successful.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Engineering or Science

2. Have knowledge and experience in using quality tools to drive for improvements, for example, Root cause analysis, ISO9000 standards, LEAN methodology, Why Why analysis, statistical tools, etc.

3. Attention to details and good analytical skills.

4. Good communication and presentation skills.

5. Experience and passionate in managing customer issues and escalations.

6. Ability to work well with different people at different levels - production engineers, Field Engineer, Contact Center, Technical Contact Center, Service Centers, Spare parts organization, Management

7. Able to work independently on projects, customer visit/event/audits. Knowledge in project management or project co-ordination would be beneficial.

8. Ability to read and write in foreign languages would be an advantage.
