Job Description
What You Will Do
Lead APQP activities for new projects to ensure smooth product launches Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection instructions, and core quality documents Manage inspection equipment and calibration schedules Lead incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing Train and guide inspection personnel to enhance skills and quality awareness Establish, implement, and maintain QMS documentation in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001 Oversee goods receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related fields Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and basic quality tools (SPC, MSA, sampling, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external customers Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Language Requirements
This role requires direct communication with HQ in China:
Proficient in Mandarin Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
