Requirements
Work Experience Requirements:
Familiarity with and understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and the use of quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high level of computer literacy.
Education Requirements:
Diploma, degree or equivalent preferred; or more than 3 years of Quality related experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls into every phase of the production process.
Interpret customer standards, identify whether customer standards are complete, simultaneously evaluate testing equipment solutions, submit production requests, and follow up on progress.
Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Stay informed about relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and quality tests to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
Investigate and analyze root causes of defects or quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback.
Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality.
Address customer complaints and work towards continuous improvement based on customer input.
