Main product of the company is the advanced conductive pastes. iSilver Materials (Malaysia) SDN BHD is located in Kulim, Kedah and the headquarter (Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd) is in China Jiangsu Sheng. Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, and has a total of 70 patents.

We are looking for a

Quality Engineer

to strengthen our quality management capabilities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

:

Responsible for projects related to product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction. Analyze data to understand a problem and develop solutions for quality improvement projects. Be the key personnel to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences. Driving issues for root cause, corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness. Lead the internal team and prepare customer report whenever there is quality issues. Involve in and support all the relevant quality of new part approval project and transfer projects. Support and assist in customer and third-party audit. To perform internal audit and supplier audit when necessary. Establish and oversee the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other international standards. Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification. Any other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior.

Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in quality management and analysis.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.

Language:

Good command of English and Chinese for effective communication.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
