Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What\xe2\x80\x99s Possible details:Support Kulim Industries Gases (KIG) for any of their Internal & External audits, Customer survey/ questionnaires, Customer complaints, Document control, MOC administration and SQC reports/data submission as per in the agreement between APM and KIG.\xc2\xb7EMOC Facilitator for management change process (MOC Community: Packaged Gas Ops) in SEA IG Organization.\xc2\xb7Back up EMOC Facilitator for management change process (MOC Community: Operations) in SEA IG organization.\xc2\xb7Play the role of Document Control Coordinator for SEA IG including maintaining the documentation on the Air Products Intranet, compliance to document control procedure and maintains hard copies of the ISO documentation as and where needed.\xc2\xb7Carry out supporting activities for developing and improving IMS document management system /landing pages on Air Products Intranet and share sites structuring as and when needed.\xc2\xb7Distribute and REDMASTER stamping of controlled As-built P&ID and Electrical Drawings/SLD to IG plant operations in Malaysia(MY) and Indonesia(ID) IG Organization.\xc2\xb7Provide on timely SQC reports /data as required for IG internal and external customers in MY and ID. Follow up with plant operations for the cause(s) and improvement plan of OOC and Cpk low to respond/provide to customers in MY and ID upon request.\xc2\xb7Support in obtaining ISO9001 Certification and other ISO Certification (require by Business) for new IG site /plant in MY and ID.\xc2\xb7Support in obtaining and maintaining Halal certification for IG plants in MY and ID.\xc2\xb7Scheduling internal management system audit for SEA IG and coordinate the internal audit with internal auditors & auditees in MY and ID until execution as per the audit schedule.\xc2\xb7Play the role of internal management system auditor. Perform internal audit as per scheduled and record the audit non-conformities issued during audits in system.\xc2\xb7Follow up with respective internal auditors for recording their audit non-conformities issued in system and follow up with auditees for responding & taking actions of their audit non-conformities within MY and ID. Subsequently update until closure the logged audit non-conformities in system after completing the verification activities.\xc2\xb7Coordinate and participate in 3rd. party certification audit for MY and ID IG designated sites. Follow up actions and closure for the non-conformities issued from 3rd. party certification audit. Maintain records of the certification audit reports.\xc2\xb7Coordinate the customer audits for MY and ID sites/plants. Follow up the customer audit findings with auditee for reply and closure. Maintain records of the customer audit reports.\xc2\xb7Coordinate for the completion of customer survey/audit questionnaires for MY and ID, and drive programs to align with and perform against our strategic/focus customer\xe2\x80\x99s quality requirements /programs if required. Provide timely response to customers via Commercial/Sales team.\xc2\xb7Play the role of Customer Complaint Owner role for IG complaints related to product quality type for LB &Tonnage (MY and ID) and PG business (MY). Monitor & maintain the customer complaint log status, provide a trend analysis or other quality statistics, and recommend areas for improvement.\xc2\xb7Coordinate, address and resolve any quality related issues for MY and ID sites to assure customer satisfaction.Play the role of Food Safety Management Team Member for IG in SEA.\xc2\xb7Provide timely response to MY and ID customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries/queries related to quality(via Commercial/Sales team).\xc2\xb7Carry out site review meeting with MY and ID IG designated areas and recommend improvement where necessary and follow through with the line organization.\xc2\xb7Carry out QMS/ ISO Awareness training for new employee, and quality related training to line organizations in MY and ID.\xc2\xb7Recording the MY and ID Supplier Non-Conformance in SAP Q2 & update/close in SAP upon received replied SCAR from procurement team.\xc2\xb7Participate as required in auditing supplier for IG in MY.\xc2\xb7Participate in broader Air Products quality management initiatives /projects to further improve quality and customer focus in Air Products.\xc2\xb7Any other duties as assigned.We are the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
