Develop and maintain the company's quality management system and related processes.
Prepare and update quality procedure documents for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC 080000, and VDA 6.3.
Plan and conduct internal system and process audits.
Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on corrective and improvement actions to strengthen the quality system.
Participate in APQP projects and prepare PPAP documentation.
Create and manage quality planning documents, including process flowcharts, PFMEA, control plans, inspection instructions, and test outlines.
Support customer audits, follow up on audit findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Lead and coordinate continuous improvement activities (e.g., QCC, CIP).
Provide guidance to departments to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
Oversee daily operations of the document control center.
Ensure product quality during production and address quality-related issues.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve production quality issues and exceptions.
Monitor product quality performance and manage process issues from customer feedback.
Establish and maintain quality inspection standards and related documentation.
Supervise product quality during production and manage revisions or updates when necessary.
Analyze quality data and implement improvement actions.
Identify, record, and handle non-conforming products.
Manage and coordinate customer complaints to ensure effective resolutions.
Prepare 8D reports to address and document customer concerns.
Accompany customers during audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and improvement measures.
Analyze customer returns, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with follow-up verification.
