Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Chemical, Engineering or related field. -Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience including manufacturing quality control and quality assurance and auditing. -Possess knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 9001: 2008 QMS & ISO 14001. -Hands-on to handle quality issues, proactive and committed with high sense of urgency. -A mature team player with strong personality, good analytical and communication skills. -Possess good human relation and communication skills as the person need to work with internal and external parties.
Responsibilities
-To assist Manager - QA/QC for full implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System which entails the development, reviewing, maintenance and compliance of all procedures pertaining to the quality system of the Company. -To assist in establishing Internal Quality Audit team to manage quality assessment on a cross functional basis and for developing audit program and supervising audit activities. -To review effectiveness of internal control and operational risk. -To assist the Manager - QA/QC to execute the quality plans for all products to meet customers' specifications. Assist to drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve any arising quality issues. -Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, assist in investigating customer complaints. Collaborating with other department to develop new product, engineering designs, manufacturing and training methods. -Monitor and analyze internal non-conformance/defects -captured by QA/QC Department. Coordinate with process owner to identified corrective and preventive actions is effective, timely replied and actions are appropriate to resolve the problems. Monitor external and internal cost of rejects and present to management during monthly quality meetings. -Liaise with customers on customers' complaint when necessary. Address all quality - related issues promptly and develop strategic plan to enhance customers' satisfaction. Also, assist to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. -Oversee and liaise with external parties to ensure the audit or assessment is carried out successfully and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality.
