Job responsibilities 1.Responsible to perform supplier quality system audit e.g. ISO9001 and ISO 13485 2.Responsible for supplier process audit and assessment 3.Responsible to review customer expectation and drive alternate lower cost solution 4.Responsible for localization activity as assigned 5.Manage NPI project related to connector assigned and meet target dateline 6.Manage the PCN from the supplier independently and communicate with other team members 7.Ensure supplier complete on time e.g. PPAP documentation, FAI etc 8.Responsible to support MVP cost reduction as assigned 9.Responsible to drive supplier performance management e.g. DPPM, SQIP etc 10.Any other related to department requirement Requirements 1.Strong knowledge of interpret technical drawings, GDT, DFM, FMEA, GR&R etc 2.Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing 3.Strong knowledge or experience of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, PPAP is a plus 4. 8 yrs+ experience in Connector industry. In-depth knowledge of connector, with good failure analysis skills 5.Basic knowledge in Plastic tooling, Metal stamping and Fabrication. 6.Adequate development of design validation plan and review / approve the supplier report 7.Strong knowledge of problem solving skill and negotiation with supplier for cost reduction. 8.Experience in managing project, review control plan, qualify FAI to mass production 9.Ability to drive supplier continuous improvement 10.Strong knowledge in statistic methodology to drive quality improvement 11.25% Travel is required Qualification 1.Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or higher preferred 2. 8 yrs+ experience in Electronic industry
