QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE - Nilai Reports directly to the Deputy QA Manager for daily activities in the Good Manufacturing Production (GMP) Veterinary Plant of Rhone Ma Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PJ) on issues on GMP production, Quality Control/Assurance in line with GMP PICs pharmaceutical guidelines issued by the authority. The incumbent also responsible for daily activities in Fat Powder plant at Kapar on quality issue in line with GMP+ and ISO 22000. GMP Plant Services: Production Supervision Quality Control/Assurance 1.1 Documentation of the GMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and related records for the production and quality aspects to meet veterinary pharmaceutical GMP requirements. Eg: Document Control, Specification, Checklist, etc. 1.2 With the Deputy Manager, control daily supervision of the GMP personnel to meet planned activities in the GMP facility i.e. \xe2\x80\xa2 QA/QC planning scheduling and implementation activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Product Release inspection. Assist in product release \xe2\x80\x93 Certificate Of Analysis / release for sales form \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling deviation, out of specification, rejects, reworks of products \xe2\x80\xa2 Validation/revalidation plan, process and reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Data analysis for reporting - Finished Product, Raw Material, Validation & Revalidation, Equipment / Environment result, Stability Data \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting of yearly product quality review \xe2\x80\xa2 Product stability study program/planning \xe2\x80\xa2 BMR/BPR checking before release to PR for use and after QC check upon releasing the product \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect and compile data to close the Internal Audit, Change Control, Deviation report, customer complaint and investigation report \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in Quality Risk Assessment \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake all activities listed in the procedure, work instructions as stated in Management System 1.3 With the Deputy Manager ensure the compliance on GMP+ & ISO22000 requirement for the activity at Kapar Fat Powder Plant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation of GMP+ and ISO22000 related to Quality Section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Product Release inspection.
