Job Description

1. To control the system requirement in line with applicable ISO Standards and to liase with the external auditor. 2. Responsible for the total QHSE requirements of all group of companies. 3. Comply to all Company policies, SOP\'s, departmental procedures, goals and objectives. 4. To support in implementing/tracking KPI in HQ and all branches and to conduct audits frequently. 5. To assist in enforcing/implementing/monitoring the SOP progress & performance in every project sites/branches/department. 6. To ensure full compliance of the QMS/ISO requirement as deputy QMR of the company and to conduct regular internal audits. 7. To prepare quotation and compile documentation for all branch/department\'s projects. 8. Prepare tender list to track and update the historical information/project details. 9. Coordinate and provide supports to the project planning or contract department after the project rewarded. 10. To determine the scope and timeline of new bids and coordinate the preparation of the bid by ensuring that other contributors able to provide information on time.
