Assist in preparing Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
Update, maintain & revise SOP if needed.
To oversee and ensure compliance to Company's ISO Quality Certification requirements.
To liaise with the ISO auditors and external assessment body on all matters related to the ISO / external accreditation process.
To arrange for ISO awareness training for all new employees, brief them on QMS relating to their own roles and responsibilities and to provide further refresher training to existing employees as needed.
Assist in all regulatory activities and ensure compliance on all Quality Management System.
To participate in Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Plan (QMS / PQP) implemented in company operation or throughout the project implementation.
To prepare, collect, review, manage and maintain all the project quality documentations.
To support on the quality related activities, to liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and internal department heads on quality aspects and quality issues for all systems throughout the project implementation.
