: - Receive damaged stocks with QM storekeeper. - Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype. - Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking. - Pump file into the system. - Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record. - Order accessory from Supplier. - Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype. - Key in data and do checking. - Check the emails of issue feedback. - Handle the quality issues received. - Give training to new office staff. - Monitor QM Team from other countries. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in any relevant field - At least 1 year experience in Quality Management is an added bonus - Willing to work extra hours when needed - Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. - Good Communication skill - Have own transportation - Good in time management - Willing to learn new skill
