Offer description

• Drive the development, deployment and implementation of business excellence, strategy and quality integration for manufacturing
• Coach and mentor Managers and leaders in Quality Management Systems & processes
• Release of approved QMS document
• Compliance and timely Document Control System
• Design, develop, coordinate and roll out a process Excellence, Business system/Quality and Lean training program for all company functional process owners
• Evaluate and execute business practices, and compliance with global corporate social and environmental responsibility, conflict minerals per SEC requirements, RBA compliance and others that may become a requirement
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure the effectiveness of ISO9001:2015 implementation and give recommendations for continual improvement
• Maintain, review and improve the existing ISO9001:2015 processes and all relevant records to ensure full compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality performance and drive improvement on quality indices
• Protect all intellectual properties of the Company and Customer
• Any other tasks according to internal procedures and ad-hoc assignments

• Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent skills with minimum 5 years of experience in the quality management system
• Certified or specialized training in Quality and/or Organizational Excellence a plus
• Capable to lead and drive the cross-functional team in processes improvement from local and Business Units
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate leader, change agent, influencer, coach and team builder
• Prefer hands-on experience implementing Quality initiatives in manufacturing, field service, and transactional areas
• Ability to travel
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Fluent written and spoken English language

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
• 5 years of experience
