Job Description

s:

1. Ensuring that processes of Quality Management System has been established and maintained;

2. Reporting the performance of the Quality Management System including needs for improvement;

3. Promoting awareness of Quality / ISO / IATF / customer requirements throughout the organization;

4. Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System,

5. Conducting and co-ordinate internal and external audits;

6. Conduct follow up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plan are completed;

7. Conducting and co-ordinate the Management Review Meeting;

8. Assign responsibilities and or set targets date for the following and co-ordinate the activities:

a) Updating of manual or procedures to reflect changes work practices or procedures.

b) Ensure corrective and or preventive actions are carried out accordingly.

c) Other items are carried out by respective personnel accordingly.

d) To record down the minutes, distribute copies of the minutes to the responsible personnel as appropriate.

e) Maintain record of Management Review Meeting as per Control of Quality Records Procedure.

9. Conducting induction training to new joiners on ISO / IATF relevant matters.

Job Requirements:

a) A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management is preferred;

b) At least 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position;

c) Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO standard i.e. ISO 9001;

d) Must possess at least ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course certificate;

e) Experience in IATF 16949 and automotive industry will be added advantage;

f) Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required;

g) Knowledge in IATF 16949 quality documentation and core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, etc.) will be added advantage;

h) Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation;

i) Experience in conducting and managing quality audits, compliance assessments, and implementing corrective actions;

j) Able to handle internal quality related audits independently;

k) Able to control and update the ISO / IATF documents like Quality Procedures;

l) Able to co-ordinate and conduct ISO / IATF related meetings;

m) Project co-ordination or assistance experiences;

n) Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

o) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken, Written and Reading).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
