JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be responsible for compiling all necessary documents from related departments and thereafter prepare the documents to be submitted to MQA, MOE and MyQuest to obtain necessary official approvals.
• To be responsible for compiling, preparing and maintaining Quality Manual for the College.
• To make sure all departments in the College adhere to the Quality Policy and implement all the practices as per required in the College\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System with the assistance of all assistant Quality Management Representatives (QMR) in each department.
• Take charge of the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management function of the college.
• Overall in charge of compiling all the documents from various departments needed for the application of new program, review of program, renewal of expiring programs and prepare all necessary documents to be submitted to MQA, MOHE and HRDF.
• To be the main liaison officer to coordinate various visits by MQA, HRDF and MOE including MyQUEST audit, compliance audit and KDN Audit etc.
• To be the main liaison officer with partner universities through the related departments.
• To be the main liaison officer with professional bodies and educational consultants for compliance-related matters.
• To assess the new programs\xe2\x80\x99 quality of delivery including academic programs and short courses with the academic team.
• To get ready the Quality Manual for the College and to maintain all the updates from time to time.
• To conduct Internal Audits with the assistance of all assistant QMR.
• To ensure the implementation of QMS is adhered to strictly by all departments at all times.
• Handle and complete any urgent duties instructed by Management.
