Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop & determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Plan, arrange and monitor daily manpower activities and inspection planning.
• Developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adhere to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Analyze Customer Complaint and work out corrective action and improvements plan to ensure nonrepetitive of the same problem.
• Perform quality system and process conformance audit. Participate in supplier and customer audit if necessary.
• Creating and maintaining company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures.
• Troubleshooting problems or flaws in the item provided for testing.
• Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
• To recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s performance and quality of product.
• To perform continuous improvement through work flow, analysis and optimization.
• Establish and maintain quality data such as PPM, FMEA, 8D, FA and Control Plan, SPC, MSA and other quality related data & records.
• Act as QMR - Person in charge to obtain & maintaining IATF 16949 certification, and other certification if required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as and assigned by superior.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering Mechanical/ Industrial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Third language would be of advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Power Point & QC tools.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience, preferably in automotive industry.
• Familiar with precision measuring instrument.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Experience:
