1. To lead the quality team and coordinate the relevant departments of the company to carry out the necessary quality development and improvement activities 2. Guarantee customer quality requirements, legal and regulatory requirements to be met and the company\'s relevant business activities can be effectively sustained 3. To manage the quality team resources, manage the hardware resources (lab), maintain relevant party relationships, manage projects\' quality, drive system level integration and optimization 4. Quality development activities (supplier auditing and selection, supplier product and process development, product and process development, problem solving and continuous improvement), coordinate resource allocation, set up and maintain company integrated management system, seek process/procedures continuous integration and optimization
Klarge Artificial Leather And Textile (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 5th July 2019 involving in manufacturing, buying and selling, import and export and dealings in textiles, artificial leathers etc. Our products of artificial leathers manufactured in our factory at Kawasan Perindustrian Telok Panglima Garang are mainly for export market. We are taking the initiatives to appoint Malaysians to fill the relevant posts which will be done through collaboration with Department of Labour and Advertisements through the available medias and mainstream newspapers. The positions held by expatriate are on management, quality control and technical/engineering basis to operate the machineries which originated from China as they have the expertise in manning the whole process. They will be responsible in training the Malaysian personnel to undertake their posts in the near future through our transfer of technology plan. Training for Malaysian personnel will be provided through On-the-job training, training abroad (in China) to expose the local personnel to more advanced technology available besides collaborating with Department of Labour in order to enhance their knowledge and expertise to facilitate for future technology transfer.
