QUALITY SPEACIALIST:- (6 to 8 yrs.) : 1. Deploys Project Quality Objectives, To define the Quality Target in connection with the corporate. 2. Ensures that the Quality processes provided for in the development plan are applied, with any adjustments required by the specific features of the project. 3. Directly initiates the Quality processes defined in the project management repositories with the actors of all the partner trades and Directorates. 4. Organizes the monitoring of results (Product/Process) and puts in place the preventive and corrective actions necessary to achieve the project\'s Quality objectives. 5. Verifies that the organizational conditions, modes of operation, knowledge and skills required to achieve the Project Quality objectives is responsible for safety, risk prevention for the Project and physical and documentary privacy. 6. Participates in the definition of project quality objectives, in close partnership with DQ, the Brands, the factory, other contributing projects (i.e. vehicle base, Powertrain adaptation and modules for a tophat) and ensuring consistency with all project objectives. 7. Defines, implements and initiates Quality processes in accordance with the project guidelines and with the provision of quality methodological assistance to project actors where appropriate. 8. Establishment of quality indicators at each phase of the project, Evaluation of the level of progress of the Project in relation to the expected results. 9. To Lead & drive the Milestone Deliverables. 10. Monitor & converge the stakeholders to achieve the milestone objectives. 11. Bring hard points with road map to the projects and convergence for the Milestone. 12. To define the Quality Plan in the design phase (for product and process). 13. To implement the APQP/PPAP methodology. 14. To ensure the Quality Convergence during the Design Phase. 15. Expertise in Quality assurance methods with focus on the aspects of manufacturing.
