Job Description


Key responsibilities Maintaining a structured governance for all documentation (e.g. policies, standards, regional/site procedures, work instructions, forms etc) with site QHSE team, focused on timely update in Intelex. Implementation and execution of Global Quality System related policies and standards regionally. Support sites to ensure effective implementation through providing training and tools to enhance capability levels and ensure compliance. Partner with APMEA QHSE & Operations Leadership team to effectively deploy relevant Quality System programs and systems e.g. Intelex, Golden 6, Quality Continuous Improvement, EPM etc. Coordinating with sites QHSE Leadership team in compliance of FS/Quality/Ethical and related customer programs/standards certification programs e.g. GFSI, Sedex, RSPO etc for business continuity. Provide training for better understanding of standard requirements as necessary. Responsible for monitoring and tracking of sites in maintaining the effective RCAAP process e.g. audit RCA\'s and CAPA\'s to ensure compliance, accuracy and closure. Share trending/dashboard to site QHSE team for continuous improvement. Monthly reporting of Quality System related shared KPI e.g customer complaint, Intelex Adoption, RCAAP closure etc and review with regional and site leadership team and provide recommendation for improvement. Supporting Regional EPM Change Champion team across multiple functions e.g finance, IO/Operations, QHSE, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering etc in driving EPM KPI Dashboard adoption in APMEA. Compliance with internal standards (Regional and Global) and external standards (quality, food safety, ethical, customer etc) Conducting internal audit as and when required. Competent user of Intelex, EPM and SAP systems. Supporting business in TPM management. Execute projects or assignments from time to time. Qualifications and skills Desired Education: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related disciplines Knowledge of food industry & customers\' food safety & quality management systems eg. GFSI Knowledge of food safety principles and food process, e.g., Exposure to HACCP, GMPs Presentation, communication skills and confidence, demonstrated by ability to ask meaningful questions and clearly articulate experience, good non-verbals. Strong science foundation demonstrated by time in lab (volunteering, research experience) and coursework in chemistry, biochemistry and/or microbiology. Inquisitive nature that enjoys problem solving and identifying business improvements. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Demonstrated interest in being hands-on in a manufacturing environment, e.g., internship experience, seeking out opportunities to learn about manufacturing. Ability to understand results or impact, make quick, accurate and sound decisions based on results. No experience is required preference will be given to candidates with relevant internship or work experience.
