Assist in taking-off quantities from drawings
Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BQ)
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and progress claims
Assist in preparing tender documents and quotations
Maintain project records, measurements, and site documents
Liaise with site team, suppliers, and consultants when required
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
Computer literate (Excel, Word; QS software is an advantage)
Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work as a team

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
