Pay:
RM 4,500 - RM 6,500Working days and hours

Responsibilities
Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure that they remain within budget Preparing payment certificates and processing invoices Providing advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders on financial matters Identifying and managing risks associated with construction projects Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using construction-related software and tools A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards Need to be strong in contractual and taking off bill of quantities
