Analyze and check contract and bill of quantity to ensure there is no discrepancies 2. perform cost estimation for each project 3. to monitor and check material control report (cost control) for each project 4. conduct kick meeting for new project before accept the offer 5. communicate promptly and effectively with all site staff and provide clear, accurate and concise information. 6. prepare necessary report as requested by general manager 7. prepare bills of quantity for tendering purposes 8. prepare monthly claim, variation order and statement for all project (statement must be submitted to general manager on monthly basis) 9. verify subcontractor claim and prepare subcontractor certificate.
