Tender Management: Prepare comprehensive tenders, including estimation, quantities take-off, and claim preparation.
Contract Oversight: Take full charge of Bill of Quantities, materials computation, and contract preparation for various projects.
Financial Planning: Develop project budgets and conduct detailed cost analyses to ensure project profitability.
Documentation: Create and manage tender documents, reports, quotation costings, and contract documents with precision.
Claims Processing: Ensure timely handling and certification of ongoing project claims and payments, including variation orders.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Variation Management: Monitor and record all variation orders, ensuring proper documentation and claims.
Project Meetings: Attend site meetings as required, representing the quantity surveying department.
REQUIREMENT:
Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
QS Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing overall Quantity Surveying operations, with strong analytical and coordination skills.
