Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)
Job Summary:
Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4-5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
Support procurement activities and subcontractor pricing.
Verify site measurements and work completion.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
4-5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role.
Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
