About the Role

We are hiring a

Junior Quantity Surveyor

to join a leading MEP main contractor specializing in large-scale

data centre projects

. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build their career in construction cost management while gaining exposure to one of the fastest-growing sectors in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and evaluating cost estimates, tenders, and contracts. Support project teams in managing progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Monitor material costs, subcontractor claims, and project expenditures. Conduct site measurements and coordinate with site teams to ensure accuracy in reporting. Maintain proper documentation of QS-related activities and assist in project reporting.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. 1-3 years of working experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also encouraged to apply. Knowledge in MEP works or data centre projects is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills;

Mandarin proficiency preferred

to liaise with internal teams and subcontractors. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Based in or willing to relocate to
