Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with AutoCAD
Knowledge of construction estimating and project management tools
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 years' experiencein construction industry(or fresh graduates welcome)
Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiar with local construction regulations and standards
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report updates to management
Liaise closely with the Director to ensure effective project coordination and cost control
Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts
Assist in resolving contractual issues, variations, and claims
