• Candidate must prossess at least a Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Tanggungjawab

• Evalution of tender and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliersTaking off quantities, variation order & project cost control
• Familiar with all relevant procedures & practices as defined in quality system are implemented in contractual, tendering & costing.
• Tender costing & tender documentation.
• Pre-contact work includes analyzing and summarizing scope of tender, sourcing of supplier and sub-contractor where necessary , preparation of BQ, pricing and submission of tender.
• Evalution of tender and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers
• Ability to organise, coordinate & control payment claims from sub-contractors
• Making necessary contacts to ensure feasibility of projects regarding style, cost, timing and compliance with regulations;
• Maintaining technical liaison and consultancy with other relevant specialists.
