Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsible of Quantity Surveyor task such as valuation, measurement, taking off quantities. In charge estimation of project costing, specification review. Track and control expenses to make sure the expenditures in control all the time. Analysis outcomes and writing detail progress report and overall statistic. To assist site personnel in documentation issue.*Required skills: MS Excel,MS Office,MS Project, Auto CAD Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim, verification, comparison and certification of sub-contractors and supplier claims. Ability to travel from various sites and offices. Job Requirements A Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or related field. At least five (5) years of experience working on tender projects, estimating general construction, financial experience, working in construction, or working in a similar industry. Can speak in Mandarin & English. Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Excellent in negotiating, organizing, planning, and strategizing. In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry. Great networking abilities are advantageous.
