- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Able to read and write in English, and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Salary based on experience (Can be negotiate)
- Ability to work independently & attention to details
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Able to work at Puchong, Selangor.
- Posses own transport.
- Estimate project budgets by analyzing construction drawings and specifications. Review awarded contracts for deviations from tender.
- Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle, identifying and addressing cost overruns.
- Assist in procurement, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Administer contracts between client and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Oversee subcontractor work, verifying compliance, certifying payments, and controlling costs.
- Provide advice and assistance in resolving disputes between parties during legal proceedings.
- Basic Salary: RM 2800 to RM 5000
