Job Description

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for junior position.
• Good analytical skills, motivated person and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Preferable in property development and construction & hospitality industries
• Knowledge to operate Microsoft Office application.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

• Preparation of tender documents, cost & budget estimation, review tender documents, submission of tender within a specific deadline & attend a tender interview.
• Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts & prepare for payment certificate.
• Preparation of Letter of Award/ Appointment to subcontractors.
• To enquire, source, negotiate and shortlisted subcontractor and suppliers for awarded/ upcoming project.
• To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed.
• Any other Ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.
• Prepare quotation based on the requirement provided.
• Liaise with the client and other construction & professionals, such as management, interior designers or builders.
• Must ensure that the renovation project is completed within its projected budget.
• Continuous sourcing on the updated supplies & materials.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• House Keeping and booking keeping on material sample to ensure it is on deliver.
• Place order and prepare PO of project material used.
• Monitoring of material & construction cost & liaising with consultant, contractor & supplier.
• Collect all quotation from sub-con & supplier.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
