- Diploma /Bachelor Degree / Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to learn individuals
- Working Day, Monday to Saturday
- Possess own transport
- Introduction of company to new potential clients; commission/referral fee will be given
- To successful referral of company to new potential clients; e.g: Opening of account with
- New clients, new connection, referral to top management, etc.
- Responsible for preparation of claims
- Liaise with site personnel and preparation of progress claim on time based on work done
- Check/prepare and liaise with site personnel and clients for monthly work-done
- Tender preparation
- Material order with suppliers under purchasing
- Preparation of certificate for sub-contractor
- Sourcing of new sub-contractors
- Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
